My life has meaning now. I can see this because life is running slowly. Im doing less and having more time for myself, just relaxing, doing nothing.

Asante Sana! (Many Thanks!) Message is well received slowly... I was always called "Slow" by my peers, for years. "Why you so slow?" "You are too slow Mr. Ali" "We need for you to speed it up Mr. Ali." My responds to a "Fast Pace" so-called society and those in the "Pursuit" of Happiness....Chasing. "I know, I'm slow. However, Slow Motion is better than no motion... I'm living this Shared, on the "Slow Living" side of things!" Plus, I'm not going to rush anything, or anyone. I'm not rushing. Nice and slow, with dignity and respect intact.

Accidents happens when you rush. When your attention undivided, you can be present in the flow state. And accidents happen when we rush because we become neglectful of the present moment. Negligent. We time travel, thinking about the next moment. Shoot, I am sometimes finding myself on the moments of yesterday. We do this at the expense of any coming moment. Our future.
