I've had other BPM baits kzbin.infoUgkxCbNOWAGmn6nfbCbJDmasvBq7J38KZNw2 before and they've pretty much always came through for me with the suskie smallies here and even with the walleye and pike, but I realized I didn't have an "in-between" pattern so this junebug one fills that role in no problem. it pairs up magnificently with a junebug Zoom Z-craw Jr that was trimmed a couple millimeters before the hook slots and rigged sideways for that fatter panfish side profile while still being a nice'n'compact presentation, a real power-finesse bait. Hell, it was so pretty I even bothered to fotosketch the pic into a watercolor painting image just to show you it's beauty! Even the blades are really well made, sure, they're not of Hildebrandt-level exquisiteness but look at the bead's reflection on the colorado blade, definitely well-made! The only "problem" spot it had was a bald spot in the skirt but it was nothing that I couldn't easily fix with a but of tuggin'n'shiftin' with the strands for a couple of seconds, besides that it is pretty minty!

You could melt all of the mess up plastic and remold it. You can get cheap plastic molds and injectors online at Barlows tackle. I like their ripper and grub mold the most. Tight lines!

You have to give it a little jerk at the start of your retrieve then once its spinning you can slow it down. Sometimes that doesn't even work though lol.

First try using a barrel swivel, it'll not only help the lure spin more freely, it'll also keep your line from twisting. Keep your rod tip close to the water to keep the spinner at it's deepest, and raise it from there to adjust it's swim depth

When I find an old tool that is covered with rust, I will soak it in white vinegar for a while and the rust gradually just falls off, leaving a dark grey finish to the metal. Perhaps you can use this trick in reconditioning some of your finds (like those larger pliers..)

Kinda genius, if you think about it. Poppers are use for commotion on the top. If you weight it to a specific depth, you can cause a lot of vibration. Useful if the fish are suspended deeper down

Brendan, I find baits all the time. Especially when using a kayak or small boat. I literally don't have to buy baits thanks to all the lures and bobbers I've recovered from someone else's bad casting. I used to pass up on all the plastic worms but now that I have injection molds I won't pass anything up and can remelt them. As for you children out there commenting that he is copying by recording himself finding lures, he's not copying and Dallmyd isn't the only one that hunts lures. Brendan has been making videos for quite some time now anyway. Heck, if I had a go pro I'd probably start recording and one of my videos would be finding lures and bobbers. I'm sure you'd make the same baseless comments toward me. Grow up, shut up, and just fish.
