Finding Fulfillment in Operations

In this video, I dive into the unique fulfillment that comes from excelling in operations versus acquisitions or investor relations. While big wins are great, there’s something special about the small victories-like positive feedback from residents-that make all the daily challenges in property management worth it. I also share why I find operations to be a more rewarding puzzle.
