I am grateful for this reassuring video of encouragement on a practical level. Sometimes it is hard to feel it but keep doing it and it will be delievered to me. Thank you Rhonda - never watched a video of yours I didn't feel so positive afterwards. Thank you Nadine in Queensland for asking this question you have helped me if that helps you. I have been at burnout and it absolutely does feel better. I found positivity in gardening, music, nature and loving pets - the best things is life are free but they are invaluable to me. My father has been in huge sum of debt for more than 15 years since his business collapsed , he was mentally disturbed so i asked him to close the business completely because we were going into more and more debt. Now after all this years i am paying the interest for the loan for the debt , support my family which is not allowing me to save any money. We have not been able to clear the debt after all this year . This is hampering my married life. I dnt know what can we do to get out of it.

These situations can seem overwhelming so start with listing some things in your life you are grateful for. Try to do it a few times a day. Also visualize your life when this debt is gone. Imagine how wonderful you would feel, and work on staying in that feeling. The law of attraction is always working so the more you feel debt the more it will stay with you. If you feel that feeling of it gone and it is all behind you, then you are creating that.

0:12 चिट्ठियाँ बातें अध्यात्म की-श्रृंखला-44. ***************** श्री चंद्रकांत जी के पत्र -43. ************************ इस विश्व में सर्वत्र ‘मैं’ का भाव यानी आत्म भाव ओत-प्रोत भरा हुआ है। इसका प्रमाण यही है कि इस दृश्य विश्व में सर्वत्र मिठास का अनुभव होता है।आकर्षण के रूप में (प्रियत्व के रूप में) आत्मभाव का अनुभव होता है।परंतु यह तभी ध्यान में आता है जब अपन यानी अनुभव करने वाला अपना ज्ञाता भाव (मैं का भाव) इन्द्रिय व मन के परे होकर यानी बुद्धिरूप होकर अनुभव करता है। जब अपन इन्द्रिय रूप हो जाते हैं तब अपन (यानी अपना दृष्टा भाव) व्यष्टि देह में स्थित हो जाता है (व्यष्टि भाव में स्थित हो जाते हैं)। परिणाम स्वरूप अन्य आकार-प्रकारों के रूप में दीखने वाला मैं स्वयं से भिन्न लगता है, फिर भी आत्मभाव अर्थात ‘मैं’ तो मैं ही रहेगा इसलिये द्वैत का भाव थोड़ा सूक्ष्म होते ही यानी अपन मन रूप होते ही दृश्य भेद , अच्छा-बुरा अथवा सुख-दु:ख का अनुभव द्वैतभाव के कम अधिक होने से महसूस होता है। सुख की कल्पनाएँ जो रहती हैं उसके अनुसार जो न हो तो भी मनुष्य दु:खी होता है।वहाँ भी कारण यही रहता है कि अपने अंदर का व्यष्टिभाव तम प्रधान हो जाता है।अकेलापन महसूस होना, उदास हो जाना इत्यादि अप्रसन्नता के भाव तम का भाव बढ़ने से ही होते हैं।जब अपन इन्द्रिय व मन के परे होकर बुद्धि से अनुभव करते हैं तब सर्वत्र व सर्व प्रकार की अनुभूति में प्रियत्व प्रतीत होता है। तुलना का भाव चला जाता है। मन में न द्वैत स्थिर है , न अद्वैत स्थिर है। इसलिए मनुष्य मन के स्तर पर व्यर्थ के दु:ख निर्माण करता है।मनुष्य स्वयं जैसा है, जो भी है उसमें संतुष्ट व प्रसन्न भी रहना चाहता है क्योंकि उसका स्वयं का व्यष्टि भाव का प्रियत्व उसे उसके वर्तमान स्वरूप अथवा प्राप्त परिस्थिति में संतुष्ट रहने की प्रेरणा देता है। परंतु मन का चंचलत्व तुलना तथा अनेकानेक भूत भविष्य के विचारों से उसे दुखी कर देता है। बुद्धि रूप होने का आशय यही कि इन्द्रिय, मन अथवा तम रज से ऊपर उठकर सत्व में स्थिर होकर विवेक विचार से अनुभव करो तो सब प्रिय लगता है।जो भी परिस्थिति सामने आते है उसमें भी अपना कुछ कल्याण है , यह दृष्टि हो जाती है। मनुष्य क्षर गति को समझकर व्यवहार करने लगता है। दृश्य निरंतर बदल रहा है।सुख दु:ख की कल्पनायें बदल रही हैं। हम एक विशिष्ट प्रकार के सुख को सुख समझते हैं। वैसा दृश्य सामने न आये तो दु:ख कहते हैं। प्रत्येक घटना, परिस्थिति चाहे उसे सुख कहो दु:ख कहो यदि हम बुद्धि रूप होकर अनुभव करें तो वहाँ प्रियत्व का अनुभव होगा। उस समय का हम सदुपयोग करेंगे। वैसे भी वह समय तो गुज़र ही जाना है।परन्तु ज्ञान का लाभ यही कि मनुष्य उस समय का उपयोग करता है। मन को शांति मिलती ह।सुख दीखने लगता है और दुख केवल हमने कुतर्क से निर्माण किया ऐसा लगने लगता है। सार बात यह कि विचार करके जीवन की ओर देखो तो जीवन की प्रत्येक घटना मनुष्य के विकास की दृष्टि से लाभप्रद है। सब आत्मरूप है। यह दृष्टि होते ही जीवन की ओर देखने का दृष्टिकोण बदल जाता है। सुख दु:ख को कैसे भोगना यह समझ आता है। सुख में सावधानी और दु:ख में विवेक जाग्रति रहती है।गीता का श्लोक देखिये- “सौख्य की लालसा धोई, दु:ख में हिलता नहीं “ इस तरह के लक्षण स्थितप्रज्ञ के बताये हैं। 15-3-2000

The law of attraction is always working so you must ask for what you want and believe you already have it. If you feel that you have it then you will not have contradicting thoughts. You cannot ask for something but then keep noticing it not there. That will cancel out what you have asked for. Believe you have it, and it will manifest.

The law of attraction is always working on your emotions so it is a really good idea to work on shifting yourself out of any negative emotions. Write out a few things you are grateful for. Just start with one thing and then another will come. Also try doing some 'love rampages'. For example, I love sunny days, I love spring when the flowers bloom, I love patting my dog, I love it when the birds are singing, etc. You can shift your energy by thinking different thoughts.
