Very inspiring. I have considered this walk for years and this may inspire me to do it. I already have my walks for the next couple years planned, but this is definitely being added to the list!

I loved the 7-11's in Japan, often fresh and very nutritious options! Wonderful video (I'll opt for the bus)!

Title: It is important to keep the used water out of the pool in the temizuya ceremony Body: Yes, that is correct. In the temizuya ceremony, it is important to keep the used water out of the pool (or reservoir) of the temizuya basin. This is done for the following two reasons: The first reason is that the used water may contain dirt or mud that has fallen off the hands or face during washing. These dirt or mud can not only damage the cleanliness of the temizuya basin, but also cause other users' hands or faces to become dirty. The second reason is that the used water can deteriorate the water quality of the pool. When the dirt or mud that has fallen off the hands or face during washing mixes with the water in the pool, the water quality can deteriorate and pose a health hazard to other users. Therefore, it is important to keep the used water out of the pool in the temizuya ceremony. The specific steps are as follows: Dip water from the temizuya basin Wash your hands Wash your face Pour the rinsing water out When pouring out the rinsing water, you can push the water out with your hand, or place your hand on the edge of the temizuya basin and pour the water out. In addition, it is also important to regularly clean the pool of the temizuya basin, as it is prone to accumulating dirt or mud that has fallen off the hands or face during washing. Conclusion: By following these steps, you can help to keep the temizuya basin clean and sanitary for everyone.

You are a wonderful ambassador for Caminos around the world. The work & time involved results in beautiful & informative videos, which has those of us watching saying "yeah, we could do that, too!" I'm sorry, but seeing you, a veteran traveler, getting misdirected at times and having electronic device issues makes us relative novices actually feel not so bad when junk like that happens to us. 😀 So, thanks for making us feel better.👍

Wow Efren. This walk is very exciting. Couple of questions: 1. why are you using the scooter? Might have missed it if you mentioned that already? And 2. Why are the streets so empty of people? Looks like you have the whole place to yourself.

I'm so glad you are enjoying the vlogs. I mention my reasons for taking a scooter on KY last live stream. Long drory short. I wanted to minimize the time spent in between temples so that I could take my time at the temples. 2: This is rural Japan.
