I do. Usually about once a week. I got into it through my Wave 2 course when they talked about mindfulness. From there I started researching more. It’s definitely changed my approach to the relaxation phase of the dive but it’s also been nice for other reasons. It’s good to take time to be more conscious of one’s thoughts, their body, their feelings, etc. in ways that go beyond just freediving. I think the best path to some meditation practice is to do it not just because of diving but because it helps with life in general.

When I was trying to "include" 30 minutes session, it was hard, agree. But now I do 5-10 min sessions, when have a busy morning😉

@@KAIZENFREEDIVING Yeah also some days it just wont work for me. I feel like thats one of the biggest lessons ive learned since i started to train for freediving a year ago. And you also say this a lot. You can not force it.

Love Meditation. I do it 2-4 times a week. I know it's good for me, but anyway it is hard for me to incorporate it into a daily Routine.

My daily meditation practice has a name: philosophy !! For example "being in the present moment" like a stoic ;-)
