When you said "people dont wanna see perfect people" I was internally screaming YES. It feels so healing and authentic to have the chance to observe and to be a part of what theyre actually going through, instead of the perfect picture that someone tried to draw of themselves. This video really made me want to comment this because after a very long and hard day, this video felt like just sitting down and having a talk with a person you know.

I started a tradition with myself where I spent New Years Eve alone, order really great Chinese food, and watch a good movie. I’ve done it several years in a row. The only reason I didn’t do it this year was because one of my best friends lost her brother at the beginning of December and she wanted to spend NYE with friends and her bf ❤️ I love being alone. Too much so sometimes.

Getting out of bed in winter is so hard, I feel you 💔 Especially when it seems there is nothing to look forward to in the day, and your bed seems like a warm refuge from the world. I have been in such a creative rut for the last few years, and I didn't even realize it. I have chosen the STEM path, which I love, but since being in college and now graduate school, it consumes my whole life. I'm never asked to focus on the creative aspects of my life. Growing up I was always into painting and physical 3D mediums. I am farther and farther away from my creative-self that I used to define myself as when I was in middle school and high school. The last few months I have been trying to focus on that creative energy, both in the act of creating, but also in the spontaneity of my life and the perspective of my experiences. I am starting to feel so inspired now. And in a way, I didn't realize I was missing until I started to have it again. I am so in love with your energy. Your presence brings me to tears because you can take nothing and bring meaning to it just by looking at it with intention. You have already taught me so much and I appreciate you taking the time to share your life here.

I spent my first Christmas by myself this year! It made some of my family upset, a little, not that much, but I chose to be by myself. It was the most peaceful day, I listened to Mooji talk about Christ in a wonderful Satsang. I ate what I wanted, when I wanted. I contacted only those I wanted to. I forced myself to be honest, what do you really want to do on this Holy day? ME, I want to do ME, MYSELF and I. It was so great to enjoy a holiday on my own. I am finally at peace on my own, almost three years it has taken but so worth the journey. I enjoy your video's so mucn because I can totally relate to your thoughts and feelings.
