Also you can cook your strawberry tops with water and sugar to make a strawberry syrup. Then you can still feed the cooked portion to the chickens but you get a whole batch of syrup!

Take a pie pan and line it with plastic wrap then parchment paper…..fill with strawberry pie filling and freeze….ready to drop into a pie shell when needed.

The strawberries and all the recipes look so yummy😋The laundry pods look pretty neat..i need to ck those out! When my son was sun 10 he started raising chickens. He had 2 incubators, a bitty box and he & my husband built 9 coops. So he raised lots of them from day one. He would go to the livestock auction, and buy, sell & trade! Sand he dog the eggs that he didn't incubate or let the hen set onHe did that so about 2yrs or more. He also had Guineas, a pygmie goat and rabbits. He did everything himself, but of course we all would feed them. I actually had 2 roosters & 4 chickens that were pets sand ran around the yard. He really enjoyed it! He really should have put some in the fair! I'm sure he would have done wel, they were all pretty healthy. Its nearing that time.. Excited to meet baby boy!💙 Have A blessed weekend, TFS😊

Your uncles garden is immaculate 😮 I see so many people put too much effort into capping strawberries 😅 I take a paring knife in my right hand grab a strawberry and cut the cap off , so much faster . We grew up capping up to hundreds quarts ( not all at once of course)

Hi...noticed you feed your chickens Strawberry tops with the leaves. Have just been watching Scandish Home and she mentioned they are toxic to chickens. Just goggled it and they are not lethal but can cause upset tummys and diarrhea in chickens. Love you channel...just thought I would mention it.
