In my fantasy-world-scenario like yours, he spent 20 years cleaning that park day in and day out and now he's tired of it. He never litters and picks up his own trash. Now he's mad at everyone for littering so he goes around checking people for littering. There you go. I get to make up stories and his life just like you do.

Leaving some cake on the ground is so insignificant I am surprised anyone got mad about that. Compared to the positivity of Braille having a big sesh and getting the skaters from the area together to have fun... oh but they left some pieces of a small cake on the ground while they were having fun with the kids, those horrible people! It's kind of crazy. It's like the people who are anti-fourth of july because of how loud the fireworks are. After a party, there will be some inadvertent messiness. Tbh I doubt this guy even cares about the cake it sounds like he just hates Aaron Kyro and Braille so he's looking for a petty reason to be angry at him. Even the guy who cleaned it up did not give a flying and thanked Ricky for the positive experience they brought to the skating community there.
