Yep! Feeling this stuff too. I feel so different when I’m away from cell signals and Wi-Fi. These run on dissonant frequencies at the least. Plus the solar storms are a lot to deal with. The Sun is changing us and it’s taking my “A” game to get through it. Thanks for these tips. I’ve got to get out in nature regularly myself. My diet is something I have to stay true to as well. I’ve been getting headaches for the first time in years! If I do all my self care I get through it. It’s definitely energy moving through me, not all positive. Unplugging and taking time out definitely necessary. Gotta be good to ourselves right now. Love to you all. ❤

I have been feel the same with my head and not being able to process and even think have been putting it down to have to have my furbaby put to sleep with aggressive cancer. Thank you so much for the guided meditation it has really helped me immensely today and I will be doing this to help me on a regular basis. Oh my gosh! I am so happy you told us about the hot flashes. I'm 70 years old and have been done with hot flashes many years ago. lately though I've been having hot flashes to the point where I sweat. Some dizziness too, just kind of wonky feeling. I work part time and the days I can go in the big walk in fridge at work feels like a blessing. LOL!!!!!

Thank you for sharing your experience. I too am taking action to help myself stay sane and peaceful. This last attack set my husband into a paranoid delusional hyper state. I took him out and we sre camping literally right now. We are returning home this afternoon and I have plans to protect both of us and keep our energies calm. Honestly it has been horrific for us. We live in a suburb near Detroit and the attacks are from multiple sources. I discovered Hawthorn tree leaves as a great calming tea. ( I pick and dry them myself) it also helps the heart. I think Im going to start taking magnesium orally to see if it helps with sleep. I hope we all stay healthy throughout this period. I am a channel of peace. ❤❤

That! Being a Healer in many lifetimes & getting whacked!😬🫣 Yep! I too was told in this lifetime it wouldn’t happen😒 & to move forward with healing others n whatever else, that will help benefit humanity. I remember some of those lifetimes; not nice.😒🤭 I’m sooo happy the planet is being heavily bombarded with Light Frequencies. The experience of being energetically pummeled in order to stop my movement forward was, quite frankly, kick’n my ass! Some of the pressure has lifted & for this I am truly grateful!!! I've also had a very hard week. TOO many emotions and it's been so intense. I've also asked to break contracts several times. Because of physical issues, I cannot sit on the ground but I try to get outside and deep breathing helps as well like you said🤗

You want to sign up as a brand partner to buy value packs. You dont have to sell anything to do that however if you do sign up people you can earn money to cover cost of your patches. Btw the alternative to the patches is stem cell therapy which costs $10,000 to $30,000 so the patches are not that expensive since they do the same thing
