Yes! I Love liminal space games like Pools, BET, and Anemoiapolis but I feel that people over look Garry's Mod as it has such a rich culture of these kinds of spaces even before the term was coined.

It's hard to talk about liminal spaces, because people never seem to share my sentiments. They're always portrayed to be horror, but I never see them as anything but comforting. Knowing there are no other people, it's just you (or one familiar person with you) makes everything feel so safe.

I completely agree!! Maybe it's just the way we grew up that makes us feel like this, but I find liminal spaces way more interesting without monsters!
