Finding special gourmet in SAKE TOWN, Higashi Hiroshima City

Higashi Hiroshima City was selected in 2017 as one of the "20 Japanese Heritage of the 20th Century", and is becoming a famous tourist attraction.
In a quiet backstreet lies Cafe Trecasa, amazingly tasteful bakery of "Corocon" which uses the water for making SAKE, "Pizza Aspeta" which you can enjoy Italian food while viewing traditional Japanese garden, and many more which you can enjoy the gourmet of Higashi Hiroshima, the SAKE Town will be introduced

I really miss Japan spent 4 years there while I was in the Navy. Lived in Sasebo for about 2/3 of my time there, rest of the time Yokosuka. The Japanese really treated me so well. I considered it my home away from home.

Loved the café! That's exactly what I wish I could be running. But one that turns into a bar in the evening, in the very same friendly and home-like setting. It should feel like being at a friends house being invited to dinner. Or drinks, or a coffee...
