School (39%): It's simply a crash grab with the most generic plot ever "OoOooOo this place weird thing happen we must explore!!!" And it's hard to follow the motives or even what the hell happened to the school and how the MC relates to it. The "monster" appeard out of nowhere and the animation and design are lame, it isn't even scary just seems annoying. The "tasks" are so repetitive it's like they want some engagement before throwing in the monster. The building isn't great, the design of each room is dull and empty, it's not scary just depressive with a lack of detail that doesn't even seem like a school, like when did they abandon this school? 1430?? And it simply relies on sounds to be scary. Overall Gameplay: ☆☆☆☆☆ Ambience: ☆☆☆☆☆ Horror: ☆☆☆☆☆ Design: ☆☆☆☆☆ Cash Grab: ★★★★★ Note: I even checked it and it has a VIP gamepass!? Who even needs that in a horror game?? The fiend (28%) The story isn't great but what I appreciate is that it has more dialogue, however it lacks any sort of reaction to the monsters, and the grandpa doesn't even give any sort of reaction or explanation to your presence, it's more like "oh cool you're here, anyways do this for me" Some of the models don't fit with the environment and seems out of place, not to mention how buggy it is however what balances it out is that everything is actually free without flashing you with gamepases. Pig monsters are far from original and there isn't any sort of explanation to anything that happened which leaves you with more questions than answers. It isn't scary at all but on a positive notes it feels like you're actually constantly doing something different, which is still running around but it's more refreshing with different environments while avoiding just going back and forth, however it is far from great it still sucks and there's barely anything you do, its more of a "walk around and see what happens" rather than anything more special or original Overall Gameplay ☆☆☆☆☆ Ambience ★☆☆☆☆ Horror ☆☆☆☆☆ Design ★☆☆☆☆ Cash Grab ★☆☆☆☆ Note: This game does have a gamepass, I don't know what it does exactly but besides being expensive I'm gonna rate it lower for the fact that it isn't much in your face The house (inside) is actually quite nice and more detailed The first monster was basic and don't get me wrong, the pig is far from original, but it still goes well (Idk if it's stolen or something but if it isn't then that's genuine effort) Conclusion: Both are bad games but I feel like one is more "tolerable" bad, it's short, the environment has color and life in it, and you spawn back anyway, overall with some friends it could be a nice experience for a short while. The other offers you gamepasses for even the most basic stuff and it literally only has two chapters, the gameplay is repetitive and just going back and forth, the environment is so dull it just brings me boredom to look at and the monster literally being a "Japanese girl" in what's supposed to be AN AMERICAN HIGHSCHOOL seems lazy horror stereotypes for me, atleast the fiend follows a theme and goes with it (atleast as of now since I saw someone mention the pig was a grandma) yknow, farm stuff, but school doesn't seem to know what it is and what's it gonna do. I think school deserves more dislikes than fiend as the worst thing you can be is boring and annoying while trying to charge you for it.

Ah btw it isn't exactly a Japanese girl, I just called it like that since is fairly common to have a japanese ghost girls like some sort of copy of Hanako San of the toilet, like I literally wouldn't be surprised if in some part it said "(Japanese name) was murdered and became evil ghost 😨😨" And they clearly know enough coding to do this stuff, the execution however isn't the best, there's definitely room for improvement but for now they shouldn't try horror games without knowing how they work, but I would still argue there's worse horror games out there that simply are obscure and could have something like 3 visits while the dev used an alt to like it or something which would technically rate it higher. Unless we're only counting games with a fair amount of people playing and rating it to judge it

I played the fiend with dome friends a while ago and In the original the pig was grandma. The audio balancing is also shocking in the second chapter and the ai is too unpredictable to make the game fun. Playing with friends made it bearable at least.

Personally, why I think the second one was so disliked was because the kids playing it either had short attention spans and couldn’t find grandpa, kept dying on the corn maze and pig part, or no skibidi toilets. (Keep in mind, all the kids disliked the game for these reasons.

My friends and I like to find some bad horror games on roblox and play them. I remember there was one game, in which on of the objectives was to find a hammer. The hammer was literally a sword model with a hammer skin on it. Apparentely it even had a sword picture as an icon, but I havent seen it. Why? When I asked my friend to drop it with backspace, the hammer disappeared. Teleported to backrooms or something idk. Anyways, we decided to continue, because we felt like the game is gonna be so buggy, that we wont need a hammer. We were right. There was a wooden wall, which we had to destroy with a hammer. But the author didnt actually put an invisible wall, which meant that at the right angle, you could have literally fit through the hole. That was the funniest horror I have ever played.

For me, the school game. I kinda understand why it has dislikes. I played chapter 2 but i didnt play chapter 1 but chapter 2 LITERALLY SUCKED 😭😭 -plot?
