Kind of ironic that BFGoodrich put on a whole trip for you and others, got a bunch of nice trucks, set everything up with activities and all-sorts but the thing that showed the quality of BFGoodrich tires was seeing them on ol' Bronco after some serious miles, years and abuse still good... My current husky, Rufus, is 13 and I still have him pull me on my bike around town. He knows left, right, stop, slow and watch for traffic. When he gets distracted by a smell or trash or something (dead bird), I tell him to "leave it" and he takes off running again. Smartest husky I have ever seen... He's a good boy!

If you get the chace head up to Fairbanks and see the real part of Alaska. To watch the Northern Lights the best is to go to Fairbanks during the winter, hook up with one of the locals and head out of town, lay on the hood of their truck and have one of the best experiences in your life. Laying on the hood provides you a place to learn back and more importantly, HEAT. Been there, done that. Awsome!

As a kid, I called my dad's 7.3 the heater because of this exact reason. We'd get back to the truck after doing whatever we were doing and I would stuff my head inbetween the tire and the fender to put my head right next to the engine and exhaust headers

@Matt Carriker If/when you and the family come back and visit Alaska, be sure to give yourself plenty of time. We're a large state and there is SO MUCH to see and do here. "Thank you for calling Super Shops, Home of the BFGoodrich Radial TA as low as 39.99 and the Callaway Corvette giveaway, can I help you please". I had the tires (Radial TA and Traction TA's); my friends had the tires (All Terrans and Comp TA's), and snow was a walk in the park with them. They made my friends 90's Trans Am a winter car with Radial TA's that laughed at the sight of snow-covered streets. The car would stop on a dime no matter how much snow was under it.
