Finding the value of x for interior angle of a polygon - parallelogram

👉 Learn how to solve for an unknown variable in the interior angle of a polygon. A polygon is a plane shape bounded by a finite chain of straight lines. The interior angle of a polygon is the angle between two sides of the polygon. The sum of the interior angles of a regular polygon is given by the formula: 180(n - 2) degrees, where n is the number of sides of the polygon.
Given the expressions for the interior angles of a polygon, to find an unknown variable, we equate the sum of the expressions for the angles to the value of 180(n - 2) degrees, where n is the number of sides of the polygon and then solve for the unknown variable.
