Happy Valentine’s Day! Do you have any Valentine’s Day traditions? Every year, we have burgers, fries and milk shakes for dinner as a family on Valentine’s Day. It is a tradition from my family that we have carried on since we had the girls! Let us know how you spent celebrating today!😃
@jenmartin63473 жыл бұрын
I LOVE that tradition (might have to adopt it)...we just had homemade burgers, fries and shakes in the rig the night before (Valentine's Eve...is that a thing? lol). I was so impressed that we could enjoy fantastic turkey burgers off the Blackstone, handcut fries from the airfryer & chocolate shakes made with our Vitamix. We may roll in 312sqft, but having all my kitchen toys makes for some pretty delicious meals where ever we are. OH, and this video is making me soooo excited for this summer...can't wait for Yellowstone!

Thank you for this video. My husband and I went there in October 2007 for a much needed vacation and he wanted us to hike that trail to the different pots. I was unable to go due to my asthma and emphysema (I could barely breath due to the altitude), but encouraged him to go. I am so glad he went ahead with the hike, he LOVED IT! He was pretty tired (which was very unusual for him). We found out when we returned home that he had stage 3/4 lung cancer. I am so glad he was able to fulfill part of his bucket list. The north end of Yellowstone was closed at the time so we didn't get to see it. I am only telling you this because I am grateful to you for sharing the videos of what I didn't get to see with him, to share that experience with him. And please, always live your life, you never know what will happen tomorrow or next week. Thank you again for sharing!! God Bless and Safe Travels!!

By far the best rving channel for capturing the beauty that is America. I can't say enough how much I love your photography (stills, motion and drone). You couldn't fly a drone but still brought the overhead views in via Google Earth. I was 5 the only time my family went to Yellowstone and of course i can't remember it but you made me feel I was just there.Yellowstone is at the very top of our bucket list when our RV adventures begin. Thank you so much for sharing your experience. Happy Trails.....

You’re being too kind with your compliments, but I’ll take it, thank you😊 I’m glad you were easily able to pick up that that was google and not a drone. I know what you're saying when talking about showing others our wonderful national parks. I'll never get tired of taking friends and family to the rim of the grand canyon for the first time. No amount of photographs or video or film can do it justice, and much of Yellowstone is the same.

It’s a good few years since I was last in Yellowstone NP (I’m from England). What a treasure it is. It’s the world’s first, and greatest, National Park. So unique. Hope the Rangers can protect it for future generations to enjoy. One of my favourite areas was Biscuit Basin. The drive in from the south, through Grand Teton and out north, via the Beartooth Scenic highway into Montana, is awesome, and I don’t use that word lightly! Thanks for the video. 😎👍

Rambling comments...1. Fantastic video! Thanks for reinforcing my (our) desire to get to Yellowstone. Last summer went past (I-80) from Illinois to Portland, OR & back...but no time 😢 to get up there. But it’s on our camping bucket list! 2. Our camper has been hailed on in Wyoming more than ANY other place we’ve been! (& two close calls with tornadoes too!). 3. The lodge...wife wants to stay there too! closest we’ve been is the Wilderness Lodge at Disney World🤣. Well, it was designed based off the Lodge at Yellowstone. Right down to the stone fireplace, and the hot spring inside the lobby that feeds a “mountain” stream which in turn “feeds” the pool. Plus a Geyser out by the pool too. But just NOT the same!🤣🤣🤣. Happy travels to you!

I’ve lived on a boat for 28 years and have walked down a thousand docks, but I think I want handrails when I’m walking across bubbling geysers 😂 Gorgeous! Hope to visit in the next year or two.

Love the higher views. What size camera lens were you using? When you take your camera do you bring several lenses? I have a backpack for my camera stuff, and know carrying all the equipment can be a bit much when your doing the footage/picture, and enjoy the sites at the same time. How neat to see a bison crossing the board walk while people were still on it.

We have a canon M6 so the whole system is small . I generally have our small camera bag on me and I have the M6 and mostly the 11-22 , then the 18-150, and a few other lenses. Also in the bag are the GoPro max, GoPro 8, and a DJI Mavic air2 , and spare batteries for everything. That’s what I like about the M system it’s small... there are better cameras, but smaller wins for now.

The bison shots were with the 18-150

@@FindingOurSomeday Cool! I recently picked up a lens for shooting wildlife from a distance, can't wait to use it.

@@FindingOurSomeday I agree, smaller is better. Less to carry, especially when you're trying to sight see. Thanks for sharing😊

I love Wyoming. Have you ever been to the grand tetons? They have a surprise lake with waterfall and its worth the hike. Nice video.

We have been to the Tetons a couple times, another one of our favorites 😃 the videos previous to Yellowstone are actually in the Tetons.

Hey Corey, It's wonderful to see how many miles & places you've hauled your Reflection trailer. What weight distribution hitch are you using. I'm assuming it has worked very well for you.

I had/have a Husky centerline, I recently got a Curt trutrack that I have been testing , so far it seems great , we just haven’t towed much with it yet.
