When you eat spaghetti in nice and cool restaurants it's more polite to eat them rolling up a little bit of them with your forchetta before putting in your mouth and enjoy your meal. It's a different way of eating, it's not like eating a ramen soup. It's a polite and more comfortable way to eat pasta.
