@@FinelyRevealed I'm from Canada. What is your advice? Same here being bullied, mobbed, gaslighting, harassed at the hospital for over 12 years. I've happened to be the top worker for 38 years and have never been suspended. These bullies are jealous and miserable people. Union, manager, HR and the police are all totally useless. Bullies are lazy bums and stupid managers are scared of the bullies. They say about me I'm crazy, I drink, I'm a stalker all bs defamation of character. The biggest mistake since they removed disciplinary measures. They should arrest the bullies and fire the manager. Action speaks louder than nasty words. It destroyed my reputation. I will never quit to make these lazy bums ever win. If I decide to transfer to another hospital and may start mobbing me once again, I don't know all the new managers etc. like in every department like now. So best to not change hospitals. I will never let bullies try to control me from quitting. Never let these low life lazy bums ever win.[

I was sent to a Skilled nursing Facilty for Physical Therapy by the VA medical center; I was led to believe by Facility that after clearance from Physical therapy i would receive medical provider signed Discharge paperwork allowing me to return home or work with or without restrictions depending on Drs. Impressions. Never got signed discharge paperwork or supporting documentation even though letter from VA did state until cleared by Next Medical Provider. I actually never really even met the Doctor. Only 3rd party messages from nurses and social worker. Very Concerned.

I think you need to put all the important facts and details in your complaint. Remember all the parties involved. Even if the complaint is lengthy. You never know they might be doing the same to you.

It's best if you have a particular ask / goal to achieve in satisfaction for the problem and then address it with a person and not to the company generally. Hope that helps.

Please give me some advice. I visited a doctor with the pain. He gave me prescription for antibiotics ans scheduled visit next two weeks. Medicine didn’t work. On second visit i was still on huge pain and when i asked him to do some analysis or scanning before scheduling some medicine again he said “it’s not gonna give us anything” and he did some shot and said comeback in 3 months. I went to another doctor and he scheduled ultrasound. They find two tumors and probably need a surgery. Tell me can I write complaint on first doctor?

Hi Will. For any bad service yes you can write a complaint to let them know. Failure to diagnose can be a basis for a medical malpractice action in some states.

Should I report a complaint about this manager at work? He jokingly told me not to enter the women's bathroom, but that's not the problem. Later, he approached me and put a hand on my shoulder, while telling me he was just kidding. _That's_ the potential issue. He put a hand on me. Should I report him for that? I was always taught that hands to yourself is crucial at work, aside from handshakes, high fives, or fist bumps. What should I do? I think what he did is considered crossing the line, isn't it?

The first line of defense is with the person- make them understand that this is not acceptable or welcome behavior. Just say please do not touch me. Don't be overly harsh but be matter of fact and firm. You are the one who knows the circumstances- whether it was creepy or not- . Always trust your intuition. Be the reasonable one and not too reactive.

I had a psychologist that lied flatout on a report about me . The psychologist was hired by the insurance company as iam on workcomp. This psychologist has reviews for doing the same to others amd even me speaking with several medical doctors who had dealt with this psychologist they told me he 8s well known for this and is a hired gun for the insurance company. This psychologist actually hurts the patients he sees and lies about. Where can I go to file a comp.aint on this psychologist?

The state board of healing arts or of similar name licenses psychologists- that would be where you could make your report. Your comp attorney should be able to handle any reports made in that case for you.

In specsavers I glasses selling comany in the uk- The woman made me buy some fake tan on my glasses and now I still have to wipe them even though I paid the extra money, anyway I was sitting here and they randomly broke and I have to book an appointment with spec savers again, so when I go there there is no material to help me to complain only material on KZbin to help defend against angry customers, but I'm not an angry customer, I just hope my glasses get fixed because they are broke but I want to know how to fix them and how to speak without getting angry but literally there is no material to help me.so I suppose it's just human experience I have been robbed by buying something that doesn't work and also now they are broke I don't want to pay extra so we need more material about basically being a Karen we need to know how to log fix my glasses without Sounding like a twat
