Can you do a video on reconciling? I saw a post on FB that said many bookkeepers & small business owners don’t reconcile appropriately or fully. “They leave items in the register” ... I’m pretty sure I reconcile well, it’s a skill I learned years ago in HS and use in my personal life. What could bookkeepers or small business owners be missing? Service provides are great because they don't have inventory and are usually a bit more simple. Photographers, digital marketers, personal trainers, lawyers, piano teachers, etc. Think about who's already in your network that may be helpful.

I guess interviews are important, conveying reliability and integrity ... also you can let your clients know that you don't have access to their bank account (if they are the one to link in QBO and send you statements). I am tasked (among many things) to complete a certain software and earning a certificate for the company... However... The learning materials are horrendous and the exam is difficult. It also gives a clear angle on the day to day tasks in the company which they couldn't really do as much because they are very busy serving the clients, although they do give plenty of time to me, a dedicated visual video does way more...
