Whenever I convert an estimate I have made to an invoice it always changed the name to the most recent invoice instead of the estimate name... Does anyone know a fix for this?

Paychex will map to QB. Just send them a copy of your Chart of Accounts and they’ll map it and generate a GL report with each payroll run.

You always make it seem like bookkeeping is something anyone can self learn quickly and I haven't found this to be the case. I've been trying to learn on my own for two years and I feel like I know nothing about getting started. Do you have any suggestion for me? I am a very hands-on and visual learner.

I have an aunt who used to work as a corporate accountant and then taught accounting at a local university after she retired from her main career. She taught me bookkeeping 3 years ago and then I got the ProAdvisor certification. I also am not the most organized person or super detail oriented either, and I’ll say that the key is getting your SOPs set up and file organization so that client documents aren’t allllllll over the place. I do everything virtually so it can be a challenge to find things if I don’t keep it organized in an intentional way.
