Finesse Jigging Flooded Banks for BIG OL' BRONZEBACKS

In this video, I fish the Steelton PA section of the Susquehanna River. It was mid-march and the water level was about 4 feet high. The banks were underwater and I figured the smallmouth were taking advantage of the bugs and worms that were being submerged in the flood waters.
Most fish were caught off Mimic Baits Hair Jigs and their Stonecat soft plastics.
