I have a question, how doping process achieved on the source and drain? I assume is grow fins -> make gate covers the channel part -> dope the other parts which defines the source and drain.

May I ask a technical question in this forum? The different surfaces of single crystal Si have different bandgaps, so how do we use many surfaces simultaneously?

Different surfaces have different mobility but as far as bandgap is concerned its the same.
