We used to make kurakkan roti sometime back but did not make it for some time. Your video reminded us about it. So made it for dinner today. We took yr advice and used boiling water. We used to grate vegetables earlier. But we used large peices of vegies similar you have done this time. One change we did was we used very minimal kurakkan flour (we are on a low carb diet). We only used 55g of kurakkan flour per person (around 30g carb per person). To that we added 55g scraped coconut and large amount of vegies. Since we needed a binder, added some psylium husk. We made half of the roties on gas cooker and made other half in oven. Man, the ones done in oven came sooooo great. Thank you very much !.
