FYI - The hair color chart you show and have linked has brown listed as BRO, but the example card you show has BRN (which does not appear on the linked hair color list.) My SilencerShop print sheet shows BRN. I don't know if it's a big deal, just thought I'd mention it.

I wish my local class 3 dealer would allow me to keep my fingerprints on file every time so I don’t have to run in there every single time I wanna purchase something and e-file. I don’t know why the ATF’s new a form system doesn’t have a place for you to upload your fingerprints so you can just always have them on file stored with the government.

What about the part of the form that asks the date and signature of official taking fingerprints? Do we fill that out ourselves, too? Do we leave it blank?

It's a requirement by the ATF for all transfers of NFA firearms.

A stupid requirement they add because they are too stupid to store your fingerprints the first time so you can re-use them.
