I watch your channel everyday and everyday it saves my life..i am a young man in the middle of az by myself.. trying to figure out life...i am recently out of a seriously messed up relationship that i found myself on drugs .and in a dark place..and i fight everyday to tell myself i don't miss that girl.. are the things she showed me!! But i fail most of the time..and find myself alone trying to pull my heart back together..your sermons are the glue that helps me..i thank you so such for being who you are..and being able to put down gods word in a way that a complete mess up can understand..every night i cry myself asleep and wake up with the devil attacking me immediately.. Your sermons are the first thing i put on to drive him away..because of your sermons and the way you allow me to see myself in gods eyes....im still alive!!

2020: The Year of Favor Favor? Definitely not the FIRST word most of us would use to describe this challenging year. Pastor Furtick brought the TRUTH, though, and helps illuminate the favor that is always present in our lives. What word would we pick? Fear? Frustration? Fighting? How about all of these!? Pastor Steven points out that Jesus had the same favor in the wilderness as He did in the synagogue. When Jesus battled the devil in the desert he was finishing what Moses had began and, yet, had failed in completing. Where Moses failed in the desert and therefore did not fully inherit the Promised Land, Jesus came and battled the devil to complete the work and take us ALL to the Promised Land. Favor is no longer for one specific group or denomination. We all have favor when we find our identity in Christ. Jesus was reading in the synagogue in front of the crowd and read from Isaiah. He read prophecy and scripture that they would all have been familiar with and then goes on to declare that, “Today, this prophecy is fulfilled in your hearing.” They couldn’t believe Him. What was He claiming? Is He not Jospeh’s son? They were too familiar to accept this news. We, too, can be so familiar with fear, frustration and fighting that we cannot even see Favor even if He is standing right before us! We cannot exist apart from God! His favor is always with us, for us and around us. The problem comes when we define what that favor should look like! Maybe that’s why 20/20 is perfect vision. We are now able to see that no matter the circumstances that God’s favor is always with us, around us and for us. What will you choose to see as we end this year? Another lockdown? Or freedom for the captives! It’s time to walk on favor! And we don’t wait until January 1, 2021! We reclaim favor RIGHT NOW!

2020 gave many blessings. I work at a gas station, so because I was considered an "essential worker" and I saw a lot of miracles in a bad time. It just sucks that that didn't continue into 2021, 2022, or even 2023. 2021 started this trend in my life of trying my best, but having to accept that my best is not good enough. I have the favor of God! He kept me alive!! Finish with favor children of God! I have been through so much abuse I gave up feeling fear. Except of being on the wrong side of God. I had his anger with love once and will never again. He corrected me I am thankful. No plauge or weapon formed will be able to touch us. I believe the storms and pain we go through teach our brain. I've learned alot in my brokeness and god is my strength and got me through it. Im not bitter in fact it was bad decisions too. I am happy I am a very strong person now. Definitely not perfect but who is? I survived a masogenist and a few psycos. Not luck or karma it's god Amen there will be another one. Always being tested to the day we die. Everything changes but god stay the same. We are surrounded by angel armies and gods spirit who controls them is in us. He will restore the years the enemy stole from me and my son and my husband. A profet is not without honor except in his own town and family. The Lord doesn't want even 1 to perish. He saved a wretch like me. Amen Jesus loves me. I once was blind. Agreed some people get use to pain and love causes them pain. Break the chains let it go. My dad use to say can you see the forest through the trees. I am a vessel of God.
