Finish your knitting with ribbing (without a ribber) | Knitting machine tutorial

How to knit a rib at the end of the knitting - without a ribber. Step-by-step tutorial for beginners. You can do this on any flatbed knitting machine. I’m using a Brother KH-260 (bulky/chunky) in this video. The yarn I’m using is Järbo Alpe 100% wool (worsted/aran weight, 50 grams = 100 meters).

What an elegant solution! I'm appreciating all your videos and looking forward to each new one. A question I have for a future video... regarding fair isle. In learning to use a punchcard, I practice knitting a design but sometimes I don't know a stitch has been skipped until I take it off of the machine. How do you manage this? Or do you mostly repair after ? Thanks so much! P.S. Loved the pocket video!
