Fantastic brand new home...love this ❤I missed the roof material, what might it be? Alot to be said for new, no one elses energy to plow through. We found out a daughter commited suicide on our back property after 2 yrs after purchase. I asked the seller on the same area it happened if anything weird happened and he said with a laugh "no just a family was raised here". My instinct was spot on. So it was dark here for a bit and I was ticked off. We made this place home... finally after much energy cleansing 😊

Hi Tami, thank you. So we have the sarking boards underneath, there is a textile membrane ontop of them for waterproofing then the tiles are braas tiles made of concrete. Wow that’s quite scary. Good to get some energy cleansing there. Hope your home feels ok now.
