Learning loads off this video also, I wasn't planning on using underlay on side walls of my insulation boards, but is it need? Also love the sand as leveller in bottom, I've a concrete base so will use sand then my box weld over the top of that's suitable to do

Can you not pump into the Nexus and have a 4" gravity return to the pond through the side wall directly into the pond ? Because having a sieve In front of the Nexus would stop blanket weed getting caught up in the K1 and K1 micro of which I know personally is incredibly difficult to fully remove and get clean (even with 7 or 8 boiling cycles) plus you could fit a UV between the sieve and the nexus which would be optimal. You would need a 4" gate valve on the outlet of the Nexus in case you need to do maintenance. It should work as long as the Nexus is above water level, and would reduce maintenance on the nexus plus those sieves he's got are so easy to clean ! I'm sure if anyone could make that work it would be you. I'd also be a bit worried about sediment build-up in those 4" bottom drains. It's going to look amazing when it's done !
