This is so cathartic. THE quintessential crafter experience is buying a kit and then absolutely nothing works out. The fact that they called that polymer clay is wild and does not surprise me in the slightest. 10/10

Viking knitting is SO FUN! But only if you have the proper equipment. Lmao also, I’m pretty sure they just repackaged air dry clay in a polymer clay kit.

Thank you for showing a fail! Everybody is always so perfect, no mistakes ever, it's so refreshing to see someone try something, follow all instructions, and have it fail. It's so discouraging to see everyone be absolutely perfect first try, that's just not how life works

The clay in that kit is wild, what is it even doing? That's gotta be airdry foam clay, it doesn't look or work like polymer clay at all. I kind of love the pot kit, it's so extra just to make what is essentially a pot you could buy for like a buck. The process is absurd, but the mold is so cool. Your tweaks for the second try were inspired, they definitely should have had you do a more watery mix by default, and the corner snip is so much better. Viking knitting is so fun to do, I gotta give it a go again, yours looks great!

Yep, that clay is indeed "sus." Did no one double-check the product before clearing it for production and sale? That's crazy. I had to laugh at the toothpick slowly disappearing! I think the 3/4 done "melty" pot could be used for something... maybe some fantasy scene? Congrats on the Viking necklace! I didn't know one *could* knit metal--that's super cool!

That friendship bracelet kit is kumihimo braiding. You can use wire to make a cool necklace or bracelet. That’s actually a very good deal.
@PiccoTerra10 ай бұрын
5:04 that is NOT what polymer clay is supposed to do. The way you put it in the oven is how its supposed to come out. Some may melt a little but puffing? No! Where I live cloud clay is more expensive then polymer clay so I don't understand why someone would scam you with the more expensive option.
