6:40 your friend should try different ways to hold her hook it might help! Theres tutorials on youtube the most common ones are the knife grip, and the pen grip which is what you showed her. Sometimes finding the right way for you to crochet helps with learning. Hope this helps and that skirt from earlier in the vid is so pretty!

I've been watching your videos for a little while now and this video is probably the best collection of your work so far. All of the projects look great on you and I think it's so amazing that you have the ability to crochet and knit pretty much whatever you want.
