Well, that's why they invented particle board. Just those few boards through a planer made that much material, of course they'd find a use for it when they're dealing with 1000s of board feet a day. But after watching all these building videos, I have to say you're making a barn-house better than any house-builder these days. The attention to detail is so much better than the two companies I have experience with.

Since you have so many logs on the premises, have you considered doing a log clad exterior? Making it look like a log cabin?

I've very much enjoyed your videos. I'm actually making a move across country soon and have been seriously considering doing a shed home because of you! I've recently started my own channel and am very curious to what editing software you are using as I am looking for something different than what I'm using now. Thanks a ton and keep inspiring!

It's about $10 for each piece of rockwool - so wow!! That stuff is awesome. Glad they helped you out. Interesting that you just screwed into the rockwool - ?? I know on the ends you screwed into the rafters but otherwise just into the rockwool?

Shouldn’t the first row of boards be either diagonal or run down hill for water drainage?

Thanks you

Why didn’t you put the boards aligned with the direction of the roof slope (perpendicular to installed ones)? The orientation you’ve installed them if any water gets under the metal roof those boards are going to rot and mold. Great work showed throughout the years nonetheless. But anyway rotate them.

At least he should have cut them in shorter lengths to make gaps between boards to allow water run through down

in Europe they do the first run of boards parallel to the slope and then, on top, perpendicular to mount metal sheets
