Finishing the Guest Bedroom (ep. 19)

Do you have something like a full finish basement to rent for like $500.00 a month...even. Like quiet tenants who are renting the upper half of the house and just want to rent out the whole basement? I am writing a book and just need a quiet place to work and is pretty much like a dream tenant. Respond back on here if you don't mind and thank you for your time.
