I noticed in the growth of the house, some personal growth too. I remember when Melissa was so afraid heights that the ladder scared her. Now she's bopping around on the cathedral ceiling! Way to grow!

The loft above the kitchen is a great place for plants. The moisture will help with the dry air in the House. What a great House and Property. Super smart kids! The kids and the animals feel so loved. This is the only KZbin series that I have seen where the supervisor actually works. Most stand around with a drink cup in their hand.

im soooooooooooooooooo excited for you.... through rain, hail, snow and storms, met with sunshine, long days, sweat and tears ( and snacks) as you stumble through the journey to the finish line, its not the ending you remember but the steps to take within the journey. blood, sweat and tears bind it all together for the finishing touches, kids sacrificed their time which is their contribution.. even the animals contributed for their time with you was limited (but for a good reason) its not a race, its at your pace even tho Jeremy is thoroughly a perfectionist with his own right, you held his hand, you stayed by his side, and giggled along the way...(eating snacks) there was probably disagreements and maybe some yelling but you held that from us because this home is built with joy... theres more to do but the foundation and the roof over your head is now complete... congratulations 🎉 such an achievement and I feel blessed to have been watching along the way, waiting patiently for the completion of each job.. much 💜✨ from Australia Levi-Daisy 🌸🦋☺🤸♀🤸♀

I’m from MN and I say wrashing machine. It’s hard to say it otherwise. I admire your perseverance in taking the time to build your house yourselves. It must be hard to balance your time between your family and everything that needs to be done on the homestead and house building. I don’t have the patience to wait when the pros build a house for me and you are learning and doing all the labor yourselves. You must be saving a lot of money. Your doing a great job and teaching your kids a great lesson.

Your house is looking and feeling like a beautiful fellowship hall. Like prayer meetings, food processing as a community and family, tables for work or celebration could fill the space, . Folding beds or folding tables and chairs. Idk what I'm talking about or feeling but your home feels like a place God could call on in times of community needs one day. Your dream house could fill wonderful purpose even after you have moved to other dreams. Keep that in the back of your mind.

Your house is mostly built now. My parents built their Cape while each working fulltime while they stayed with one of my grandparents. It took them six years and then they started a family. It was a beautiful home. You did it in 2 years, full time, and with you and your family in a beautiful garage/home. Either way, it takes discipline and yours is so much bigger. Later on, they sold it 50 years later and bought a new one on a golf course after age 75. They stayed there 20 years. I've enjoyed watching you build your home and seeing how well you all get along. I feel a sense of satisfaction visiting your family. From Massachusetts, Elizabeth

You guys are so very blessed, with each other and your children, a good strong loving unit, all with an amazing determination to achieve what you set out to do. I remember when I watched pack up your old house and drive up? to Idaho and your barn, the building of your tiny house and then the mammoth task of building your house and garden. What you have achieved in such a short couple of years is utterly amazing. My husband is blind and severely disabled, I have had a disability all my life which is worsening as I get older, I’m my husbands wife, carer, support worker, driver, chef and general fac totem, I also care for my 93 year old father in law who is totally bed bound, very deaf and very demanding - so in my own way I feel I work quite hard. Watching you build your home in the mountains, with all that glorious space around you and your family is like a salve to my soul to see your progress each week. So to both of you, Melissa and Jeremy, I offer you this blessing - may you continue to build your live, your home and your ‘farm’, stay healthy above all else, may you be comfortably off and always wise. Bright blessings from me in the UK. X

And I love the hubby, wife playful bantering up in the loft area! So funny and healthy! God bless you Melissa and Jeremy!! PS..... I know I always say it, but I REALLY love the background music/ songs while you work, the scenes of the fields, mountains and even the kiddies at play! Awesome! PPS.....😂 I HOPE Melissa, that with yr writing gift, (yr ending commentaries) you are saving each and every segment to put into a book!! It will sell, and sooo many would buy it!
