I feel like many American food stuff is very "overflavoured" (if that's a word) so many americans may think things are flavourless. Not a bad thing maybe just more delicate.

It's different for sure but we found plenty of delicious food in Finland.

Suomenlinna literally translated means "Castle of Finland". The Swedish name "Sveaborg" literally translated means "Castle of Sweden".

Also, the older Finnish name is Viapori, which is derived from the Swedish name.

"Fort of Finland" could also be an acceptable translation since while "linna" literally means "castle" it can also be used as "fort" or "palace" depending on context for example the name presidential palace of the President of Finland (not the residence as that's elsewhere, but rather it's the building where all the official receptions and such are done) is "Presidentinlinna" or literally the castle of the president. though in context "presidential palace" would a more accurate translation.
