Previously they gave the interview date by informing through an email. But now since this year May onwards you have to book an interview through VFS Global after submitting your enterfinland application. You are most welcome. Glad it was helpful

Normally if the Visa gets rejected the university will refund you when you give them the proofs. Universities normally arrange meeting and they allow students to ask questions regarding any matter. You can also ask that from the university about the process in case the visa gets rejected.
