you need money in your bank account. Sponsor have to send 6720 euros+ tuition fee for first year in your bank account.

I have 7000 euros in my account but in my sponsor account have only 200 euros it is ok

Yes! It is ok. you need to show the proof of funds. Like how you earned 7000 euros. Have you sold any property? or you earned from job. Prepare your documents once you get admission.

i gave my interview on 26 June but i didn't receive any text from embassy since now. And an another spouse case gave his interview on same day and recieved decision on this Monday. Why the delay my application.

It varies case to case. You are right that some students receive decision within 20 minutes but some applications take 2 months. It is not the problem with your application. Be patient .Good luck
