The buses door bell looks pretty similar to those in SG. Loving all the adventures! Definitely a dream to visit Sweden, so thanks for bringing us along your adventures! I really love your choice of music in this and your past vlogs. (:

Hi Euphemia thank u for ur kind comment! Yes actually there are so many similarities between the Finnish and Singaporean public transport - both are really convenient but ofcourse cost in Finland is much higher. Im also so happy u like the music ive been finding some really great artists on thematic and soundcloud and just listening to them get me in a good mood

@@charlycatfightsback just 36.6 percent of the whole budget of the HSL was covered by income of selling tickets. More than 50 was from the municipalities of the area. Who supports and the public transportation system in Singapore? Or is just so densely populated area that it is possible to have it financed by so small fares?
@charlycatfightsback3 жыл бұрын
@@just42tube transport systems/infrastructure are heavily subsidised by the govt but operators are able to cover most of the costs with fares. See: www.channelnewsasia.com/news/singapore/public-transport-is-significantly-subsidised-by-government-lui-t-8383022 Helps that Singapore is very small and most people use/have access to public transport

@@charlycatfightsback If I have got it right, Singapore is about the size of the Helsinki Capital area, which is Helsinki and some surrounding towns. The challenges of arranging public transportation is very different. Winter gives it some additional challenges in Finland too. Too different situations to compare in any meaningful way. Each municipality and region in Finland is largely independent to make their own decisions at local level. There isn't much possibly for the government of the State to dictate though the main roads, airports and railroads are largely financed from the State budget.

I think I was supposed to feel calm watching this video, but it was so anxiety inducing. Eating random wild berries and walking like you were in the middle of nowhere (first 2km). Asian me says no. And you can find Daim cakes in IKEA in SG! Super yums!
@charlycatfightsback3 жыл бұрын
I love the Daim cakes so much! But yes. As a homey, foodie asian, this walk was maybe not my best move

Hi Pei Xian! This is such a late reply but for my watercolours i use the Winsor & Newton Cotman Watercolour Paint Set, Sketchers' Pocket Box! It has lasted me a super long time and it's super nice and portable
