Please were will you advice " finland, Canada or New Zealand" for a family of 4 that competed Masters in Norway. As plan B should incase they could not land a proffesional job in Norway after Post study visa. Permanent Residency is the goal

You need to have 13 years of education to study bachelor in Norway so with +2 only, you cannot do much in Norway.

@@LEESAS but mam in Finland what is the handicap conditions I mean as like India I'm saying you true I'm facing many problems in India like travel or walk bus or train are not better for handicapped person in India and indian many people's disrespect. So I decided I want to settle Scandinavian countries but I don't have proper knowledge about Finland that Finland is friendly country for disabled and what is benifit for disabled person in Finland.

@@VikashVikash-sq7zp Most of the facilities are handicap friendly. Regarding benefits, I am not sure what they have but you must be legally residing in Finland paying taxes before you get any benefit.
