Please were will you advice " finland, Canada or New Zealand" for a family of 4 that competed Masters in Norway. As plan B should incase they could not land a proffesional job in Norway after Post study visa. Permanent Residency is the goal

You need to have 13 years of education to study bachelor in Norway so with +2 only, you cannot do much in Norway.

So I decided I want to settle Scandinavian countries but I don't have proper knowledge about Finland that Finland is friendly country for disabled and what is benifit for disabled person in Finland.

@@VikashVikash-sq7zp Most of the facilities are handicap friendly. Regarding benefits, I am not sure what they have but you must be legally residing in Finland paying taxes before you get any benefit.
