To the writers- if you continue to listen to the opinions of the same opinions from thirty years ago- you’re writing for dysfunction. If female characters are paired with past karmic relationships-that leaves your audience stuck in the past. Actors are OLDER Easton in his fifties, Steve in his fifties, Becky in her forties, Laura Maura in their fifties-- Play them as adults - Chaos just to create chaos is not a winning formula. You’ll lose your older audience and you won’t gain anything new- Easton is a leading male. He deserves a leading lady- This won’t be achieved with agenda groups pushing a past pairing that ended. Don’t regress characters. It regresses your viewers- And the ones that grew up just leave. Because the chapter is closed.

She's not being holier than thou. She's trying to be supportive, but she's also trying to hold Finn accountable for his actions. She made far too many excuses for lucky and enabled him so much with his addiction. She's learned her lesson and isnt gonna make excuses for Finn like she did with lucky. Finn even said it, he's not technically an alcoholic so the alcohol isnt technicallythe problem to him, but he still treated her like a jack*ss. Liz is just trying to keep him accountable for his choices and his actions while also trying to be supportive. She even offered to stay and be there for him, but he refused her and said he wanted to be alone. He's pushing her away while she's trying to be there for him. She's not being holier than thou, she's just not the pushover she was when she was with Lucky.

@@angien306 She is a little “holier than thou,” actually. Her constant drama and infidelities contributed to LUCKY’S drug issues. Too bad when she finally had a child with his DNA, they wrote him off. (Missed opportunity, if there ever was one. He and DANTE’ would work perfectly together. The conflict of being LUKE’S and SONNY’S son. Both in law enforcement.🤔😂)

@@joiisler3012 nah, at the beginning and especially the height of Luckys addiction issues, liz wasn't even being unfaithful. She hooked up with Jason while lucky was already too far gone into his addiction by then. Her "infidelity" had nothing to do with lucky's addiction nor did it contribute to it. That was all on him. Also, he was a sh*t dad anyways. He couldn't bother to even truly WANT to get sober and clean for his wife or son, who he claimed to really love as his own, but suddenly wanted to get clean for a child he thought was biologically his? And then years later when he actually does get a kid thats his, he dips out and bails to go find himself?? Nah, I'm glad they wrote him off in the end, he was toxic for liz and wasn't a good father then, and wouldn't have been a good father if he stuck around. He had too many fears he'd turn out like luke and he was right. Although he did work really well with Dante. It would've been nice to see them two work together more.

Holier than thou because she’s upset that he is definitely choosing alcohol over his daughter. Especially when he’s her only parent. He deserves everything he gets from her! I hope she sues for custody of Violet. She’s the only one that actually cares about that poor kid.
