To be fair, the Library's invitations/fights are rigged from the start with the Librarians having advantages of abnormality pages, E.G.O. and inheriting combat passives from powerful individuals

It's why the Library's ranking exceeds all the other Star of the City threats. This means the individuals who actually give you trouble in the game (Kali, Lori, Xiao), shows how insanely strong they really are in the City
