I visited Canada many years ago. I caught plenty of blue bass on frog lures. I cook them similar to how you do at the start of this video...cleaned the fish, washed, rub with salt, then stuff them with FINE chopped onions, bread crumbs, salt and pepper, touch of butter, wrap them in foil, then grill them on a barbecue made out of a steel truck rim

I already like people and the culture, on top of that, you guys have a great foods there. I like the way your culture is so down to earth, and value nature so much, just the way I like it.
