Great reaction. It would appear Su was channelling Snow White (or her stepmother) then Moa was quoting Shakespeare and the witches from MacBeth in this one. Its not their first foray into Prog Metal, they did that as far back as 2016 for the second album with 'Tales of the Destinies' and 'The One'.

I know Babymetal has used a different master for vinyl in the past, I assume this wasn't the vinyl ?

Yeah! As you saw on the video, I was scrolling through the description & 1st comment where I couldn't see the mixing & mastering engineer. Thanks for the info!

Would love to hear your views on the other album tracks (they're available on KZbin). The tracks are MAYA, Time Wave, Believing, METALIZM, THE LEGEND. Some very interesting compositions, dynamics, vocals.

Absolutely, my frist thought was " Hey, i'm listening to Periphery?" - Oh no, it BM LOL - i even research to know if some member was featuring like the do with Dragonforce in "Road of resistence" - but was just a refference. awesome song!

I'm hearing Moa vocals!! How about you?? Next - "Monochrome", there are 2 versions. (1)The Official MV, full roar Babymetal. (2)The First Take video, "Monochrome" stripped down, just Su, Moa, and a piano. For it a hankie is good idea.

Oh yes! I think that's a good idea! As far as what I remember I did a reaction to the full roar version before the album release on my channel. A stripped down version would be cool to check out too!

yes they tour with Sabaton and Lordi. But they arent the headliner (that is Sabaton), so dont stack your expectations too high. it is technically not their stage. dont mind me saying this, i am happy to finally see them live on stage, but i am waiting also for a true babymetal headline concert

Oh yes, that's true! If Sabaton is the headliner, they're most likely going to have a fairly short playing time on stage.
