I mean this isn't really a custom spell... it's basically a flavored version of Bestow Curse. One of the options for bestow curse is "50% chance on your turn that you take no action" which could be reflavored as "50% chance to writhe in pain, taking no action" But mend buttcrack? And well, there we have the Prestidigitation spell as an example which, among a wide range of small effects, can generate a small amount of inert matter so small as to fit in your hand (maximum the size of a walnut?). But of course, Prestidigitation is a level 0 spell, and we could say that one of the main bases that govern the structure of spells in the D&D multiverse is that the greater the potential energy/power the greater the complexity (level) of the spell. So creating even a tiny amount of antimatter, if it generates such a large explosion, then it should be a level 9 spell... or in the mythical level 10.

​@@Pyxis10 I started to investigate, to see if I could find the equivalence that you were using, and according to what I found (in an article on Wikipedia called antimatter weapons), it says that 0.5 grams of antimatter coming into contact with 0.5 grams of ordinary matter causes a explosion of 21.5 kilotons of power. So, a Wizard using a spell that allows him to generate the same amount of antimatter as the amount of ordinary matter that the Prestidigitation spell allows him to create (say something the size of a walnut), according to my simple calculations the explosion that could be generated it would be about 494 kilotons (that is, half of 1 megaton. Half as powerful as the French Licorne nuclear bomb test in 1970). I would say that it is quite above even what a level 10 spell would be, but perhaps it would be possible if that same level 10 spell is executed between several Wizards at the same time... I think there was a role-playing manual with rules for spells with broad effects that required several Wizards, I think the same book manual that presented the optional rules for 10th level spells... that is, some spells classified as 10th level required several Wizards to execute them. It would certainly require something like that to wage war on a modern army (like the one shown in that Gate anime series). That, or make the best level 17 Wizards you have start creating Wonderful Objects (magical objects) like a cannon (a really big wand?) capable of performing the Fireball spell but taking it from level 3 to level 9... I'm sure that, although it would be very expensive to making such a magical item would be cheaper than something comparable created by a modern army without magic. By the way, antimatter has already been generated in the laboratory, at an estimated cost of $6 billion for every 100 nanograms.
