There should be a setting to activate the screen when you twist your wrist. If you don't see it on the watch, check in the tethering app on your phone after you've connected your watch to your phone via Bluetooth.

Be sure you have it on your wrist and swipe through the screens. When you are on the heart rate or blood oxygen screen, you may need to touch the screen to get it to start measuring. Some watches do it automatically and some need to be started manually. Also, sometimes you can start a remote test from the app on the phone. Not all apps support this, but you can check if the app has a "Start" button when looking at heart rate, for example.

No, sorry, I don't want to get into the certifying accuracy business. I just do basic watch reviews to show capabilities. Accuracy is up to each user to determine with their own FDA CE approved devices at home.

Wow, I don't know about that. The Android watches generally can, but it would depend on the flexibility of the app that tethers from your phone to handle all the different push notifications.

Yea, we're getting closer and closer! The ones with GPS and Bluetooth calling don't yet have temperature. There's always something missing.
