Hey Fiona, just letting you know. When using the hair straightening brush. Brush from the underneath because it works better! I use one by hair candy (or head candy. I don’t remember) because it works so much better than the amazon ones (I have one from both).

I have curly hair and oh no a lot of these would fail on me. You have like straight wavy hair. It's straight from the top and then wavy towards the bottom so it's easier to manage then mine. Loved the video though it helps a lot of people since a lot of people have your hair type.

Her hair is wavy though. Maybe not ultra defined but you can tell it's wavy. I have like super pin straight hair (1a status) and she does not have straight hair. You can tell that even when she wets her hair in the video she still has the waves. I'm guessing the plaits she does is to just define them and make them more uniform. Trust me, straight hair does not retain its form after plaits.

I have your kind of hair and the heat brush thing worked for me. The thing is you might wanna get one of those hairbrushes that look like a flat iron. If you use it with the brush it will take you 15 minutes to do ur entire head and it lasts for a while too
