Ben is like you Graham though I can see Fiona in him too, it's like face warp - the same with your daughter but I see Fiona and Faith very alike. Over the last few months, I haven't agreed with things I see - in other words we'd have an online argument, though I bet in the real world we would probably just get along, outside the Mexit community. Ok, I’ve read that muscle starts to be lost around the age of 40, more so after 50. It’s tough to get the amount of protein needed to build said muscle. Plenty of steaks for Fiona ❤
