Kosokun Dai (Shito Ryu) trainiere ich seit Jahren. Kanku Dai (Shotokan) erlerne ich gerade. Online mit unserer Budoschule und ergänzend für mich allein mit Hilfe von KZbin und Literatur. Auch dieses Video von Fiore Tartaglia ist wieder eine sehr gute Hilfe. Einfach gelungen.

Ich habe die App jetzt schon ein paar Mal im Training genutzt, macht sich richtig gut. Vor allem da wir wegen Corona den ganzen Winter über mit den Kindern draußen trainieren, ein Buch hätte da nicht lange durchgehalten. Wolle mich dafür nur nochmal bedanken.

Dear Fiore, you are "die Quelle" for my kids since Covid, we all admire your incredible hips. This summer we are training kanku dai and I would like to ask you about the nidan geri. I've seen some shotokan schools teach mae tobi geri, which I often see in JKA. Is it possible that there are more possibilities to execute the last jump? Or is it that the mae tobi geri do only karatekas who can't do the nidan geri? My son is able, with some difficulty, to do the nidan geri with uraken, while for my daughter it's merely impossible, and I thought right now the mae tobi geri would be something she could be able to do...Thank you very much for your fantastic work. Onegai shimasu.

Thank you for your feedback and praise! The nidan tobi geri is not a simple technique, but with a little effort it is easy to learn. I will show it in one of my next videos, also in conjunction with the uraken uchi in kanku dai. My next video will be online at the end of this week, after that I may already do the nidan tobi geri. That is where we struggle the most - even if my son is able to perform nidan geri (more or less), the final uraken in kanku dai is quite difficult for him, not mention my daughter. Your video of how to achieve that would be most helpful. thank you so much!!!! And my kids will be very happy to hear that you say hi to them - they know you very well from your videos.
