376 और अन्य मामले जैसा सीरियस f.i.r. अगर आपके खिलाफ दायर हुआ है तो पूरे चांसेस है कि आप अरेस्ट होंगे। अभी तक अगर पुलिस ने अरेस्ट नहीं किया है तो अच्छी बात है पर कभी भी कर सकती है! इस संभावना को ध्यान में रखते हुए आपको एंटीसिपेटरी बैल लेना चाहिए। एंटीसिपेटरी बैल या किसी भी बेल के केस में मुख्य प्रश्न यह होता है कि क्या आरोपी की कस्टडी पुलिस को जरूरी है या नहीं। यह असेस करने के लिए कोर्ट कई सारे फैक्टर्स को देखता है। आपने प्रश्न में जो चीजें लिखी है केवल उनको अगर ध्यान में रखें तो लगता है आपको एंटीसिपेटरी बैल तो मिलनी चाहिए मगर फिर भी केस में और सारी बातों का विचार किया जा सकता है। और वह चीजें आपके फेवर में भी हो सकती है या आपके खिलाफ भी। यह सब ठीक से समझने के लिए वकील के साथ लीगल कंसल्टेशन करना आपके लिए ठीक रहेगा। आपके पसंद के किसी भी वकील से मिलकर ठीक तरीके से कंसल्टेशन कर ले।

The offense of deceit in marriage is defined in Section 493 of the Indian Penal Code. If a man deceit a woman to believe her that she is lawfully married to him and believing that she cohabitates and has sexual intercourse with him, then the man is said to have committed the offense according to Section 493 of the IPC. I do not think that any exemption is given to a person belonging to Muslim community as far as the offence under section 493 of Indian penal code is concerned.
