the poseidon boon that can double rewards also works on the max hp and max mana increases which can make it absolutely insane, making the boon worth it aslong as it doubles any of these rewards atleast once. Also I believe the Deathcap mushrooms mention in their description that they are used to trade in for bones at the store Edit: also just had poseidon double up a pom of power for me! S+ tier blessing!!! Oh and also just discovered he can double a mystery boon pickup even! it is so broken!

The game is really, really confused that you beat it so early. For example, i got access to the Shadow resource long before getting the surface quest, and it seems to be playing catchup going through all the events that happen after beating Chronos before going back and giving you stuff it planned to give earlier. I'm sure it'll resolve itself, but that's something for the devs to think about for future updates. There's still more important stuff you're missing, but if you just keep doing what you're doing and you'll get it. Stuff is unlocked by going on runs and talking to npcs, so I'm sure it'll be sorted out in a bit.

This was without question, a SPEEN moment. Cleanest Chronos fight yet, although it probably helps that you didn't have to be near him in the range of his worse attacks for a majority of the first phase. Death to Chronos.

Love the growth between old "Heavy/slow weapons aren't my cup of tea but since comments suggest it" hesitation to the current "I love the axe!" 🤣 Means the devs have done a good job at not making their heavy weapon feel too clunky to use, like other games.

At the end you can see how weak scorch actually is. So much investment and its like 10% of total. It looks impressive when you see 10k stacks on bosses only to remember its a fixed dps of 40 (stacking it just inceases duration) and bosses remove it with lots of moves :/ Spinning fire axe is always cool though.

Omega attack: 216k Scorch: 28k I mean the scorches were exploding during the latter part of the run, that probably doesn't count. Still, it's less than 15% increase? Flutter strike wouldn't have worked with sending the spin off and dashing back, but no doubt you could have gotten more out of the attack boon slot than Hestia. Which is crazy considering how strong the run was. I guess the third hammer helped though 😅

Daggers are my favorite. I four shot Cerberus in like 15 seconds with hook knives and dancing blades with boosted backstab damage. It would've been faster if I didn't have to deal with his minions while he went underground.

Dear lord retro if you interact with the cauldron in main camp it will push you in the right and after the push you can be on surface. For less than a minute to move quickly.
