From my mind, I keep sending you pitchforks. Not just for picking up hay, I think they would help get through that pile so much better - but I see you get through it with your hard work in the heat. What a big pile!

Ah! I thought the same. A pitchfork. But I wonder if in Japan many branches and bushes are burned? Here in the US I think we would probably rent a small truck to haul this away to a composting center. So much work for the three...
The bamboo grass and small branches almost becoming compost, good for your garden. No need to burn. The earthworms is turning it into good compost for your garden.
it is better to turn over the compost and collect and burn the large parts

You are wasting good compost! The worms turn the debris in to good soil! Really, this burning is wasting your time needlessly. Looking up a video or two about compost would be useful for you.

Big brother to the rescue! Show them a better way. Its just sticks and grass, it won't attack you!
I totally agree with @Janice Gipson ... y'all need some pitchforks for that pile. I hate to say this but....you boys are working harder instead of smarter. Burn whatever you can when you start any cleanup project ... that way you're not touching the same rubbish over and over again. I hope to see the fruits of you labor soon...looking forward to seeing you all enjoy your envisioned villa.
